Watch Me on the TEDx Stage

I’m a workplace psychologist, executive strategist, and trusted voice on leadership, culture, and change. With more than two decades of experience across corporate, higher education, and nonprofit sectors, I help organizations and leaders reimagine what effective leadership looks like in today’s complex workplace.
My work sits at the intersection of people, purpose, and performance. Drawing on behavioral science and real-world insight, I focus on helping organizations lead change, build trust, and strengthen culture in ways that are both strategic and human.
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, I also hold certifications in PROSCI Change Management, Positive Psychology Coaching, MBTI®, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. I earned my Ph.D. in Public Leadership with a specialization in Industrial and Organizational Leadership—blending academic rigor with practical experience to bridge the gap between research and results.
My insights on leadership, identity, and the evolving future of work have been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Post, and on CBS alongside Gary Burnison, CEO of Korn Ferry.
Whether speaking on the mainstage, guiding executive teams, or advising organizations in transition, I bring a rare mix of psychological insight, strategic clarity, and authentic connection. My goal is simple: to help people grow so organizations can thrive.
I help people rethink how they lead, communicate, and show up in the modern workplace.
Through keynotes, workshops, and leadership experiences, I bring behavioral science to life—exploring the real issues shaping work today: change, trust, burnout, identity, and performance.
My goal is to turn insight into action, leaving every audience more aware, equipped, and inspired to lead differently.
Known for a dynamic yet down-to-earth approach, I’ve worked with Fortune 500 companies, universities, and global organizations navigating transformation. Whether on the mainstage or in the boardroom, my focus stays the same—helping people grow so organizations can thrive.
I partner with organizations to strengthen leadership, culture, and performance in ways that are both strategic and deeply human. My work is designed for the evolving workplace—balancing people, purpose, and performance with clarity and care.
Together, we navigate change, build trust, and elevate results through people. I help teams and leaders redefine success—not just by what they achieve, but by who they become in the process.
My Approach
My approach begins with discovery—listening deeply to understand the people, culture, and unseen dynamics shaping an organization. I believe lasting change starts with clarity: seeing not just what’s happening, but what people are experiencing beneath the surface.
Every engagement, whether a keynote or an executive workshop, is grounded in behavioral science and rooted in real human insight. My goal is to turn awareness into action—creating experiences that feel personal, purposeful, and practical.
